Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WikiWriter Studio's website or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and WikiWriter Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating at wikiwriterstudio.com.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and all related services, including Wikipedia page creation, page monitoring, rush delivery, multi-language drafting, extended biography writing, and SEO knowledge panel services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Description of Services

WikiWriter Studio provides professional Wikipedia page creation, management, and related consulting services. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Wikipedia Page Creation: Research, drafting, and submission of a Wikipedia article on your behalf, following Wikipedia's Manual of Style and editorial policies.
  • Rush Delivery: Expedited drafting and submission of your Wikipedia article within a shortened timeframe.
  • Monthly Monitoring: Ongoing surveillance of your published Wikipedia page to identify and address vandalism, unauthorized edits, or content disputes.
  • Multi-Language Drafting: Translation and adaptation of your Wikipedia article for additional language editions of Wikipedia.
  • Extended Biography: An enhanced, more comprehensive biographical Wikipedia article covering your achievements, career, and legacy in greater depth.
  • SEO Knowledge Panel Optimization: Consulting and structured data services aimed at improving the likelihood that your published Wikipedia article contributes to your Google Knowledge Panel.

All Services are provided "as is" subject to Wikipedia's independent editorial discretion. The specific scope of each service is defined at checkout and in any order confirmation you receive.

3. Wikipedia Independence and No Publication Guarantee

⚠️ Important: Wikipedia is an independent, volunteer-edited encyclopedia. WikiWriter Studio has no affiliation with, control over, or special relationship with the Wikimedia Foundation or Wikipedia's editorial community.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No guarantee of publication: We cannot and do not guarantee that any article we draft will be accepted, published, or retained on Wikipedia. Wikipedia articles are subject to deletion, revision, or rejection by the volunteer editorial community at any time for any reason.
  • Notability standard: Wikipedia requires subjects to meet its notability guidelines based on significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources. We will assess your apparent eligibility prior to beginning work, but our assessment is not a guarantee that Wikipedia's editors will agree.
  • Editorial independence: Wikipedia's editors may modify, decline, or delete any article, including articles we submit, in accordance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. WikiWriter Studio has no control over these decisions.
  • Paid editing disclosure: In compliance with Wikipedia's Terms of Use, WikiWriter Studio discloses its paid editing activity on Wikipedia. Articles we create will include appropriate disclosure on the associated talk page.
  • Content ownership on Wikipedia: Once published, Wikipedia articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License (CC BY-SA 4.0) and the GNU Free Documentation License. This means Wikipedia content is freely available for anyone to read, reuse, and modify under those license terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fees

The current base price for our core Wikipedia Page Creation Service is $899.00 USD. Pricing for add-on services (Rush Delivery, Monthly Monitoring, Multi-Language, Extended Biography, SEO Knowledge Panel) is displayed at checkout and is subject to change. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards as processed by our third-party payment processor.
  • Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
  • Monthly Monitoring is billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of initial subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in connection with your purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable sales or VAT taxes.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

We invest significant time and expertise in every project. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before work begins: If you cancel your order before we have begun the research or drafting phase, you are entitled to a full refund, less any payment processing fees.
  • After work begins: Once we have commenced research, drafting, or any other substantive work on your project, no refund will be issued, regardless of whether the article is ultimately accepted by Wikipedia. The substantial expertise, research, and editorial work invested is non-recoverable.
  • Wikipedia rejection: If your article is rejected or deleted by Wikipedia's editorial community for any reason, this does not entitle you to a refund. Our service is the creation and submission of a high-quality, policy-compliant draft — not a guarantee of publication.
  • Monthly Monitoring: Monitoring subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing month. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged for subsequent months.
  • Disputes: If you believe a refund is warranted due to an error on our part, please contact us. We will review each situation fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Obligations

By using our Services, you agree and represent that:

  • Accuracy of information: All information you provide to us — including biographical details, professional history, notable achievements, and supporting source materials — is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
  • Authorization: You are authorized to commission a Wikipedia article about the subject (yourself, your organization, or another party for whom you have authority to act). If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations.
  • Notability awareness: You understand that Wikipedia's notability guidelines require significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources, and that not every individual or organization qualifies for a Wikipedia article.
  • No false information: You will not ask us to include false, misleading, or defamatory statements in any article. Doing so is a violation of Wikipedia's policies and these Terms, and may result in immediate termination of your order without refund.
  • Cooperation: You agree to respond promptly to requests for additional information, clarification, or approval at key stages of the drafting process.
  • No Wikipedia manipulation: You will not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Wikipedia editorial process independently of our Services, including by creating fake accounts, engaging in vote-stacking, or violating Wikipedia's Terms of Use in any way.
  • Lawful use: You will use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content and Platform

The WikiWriter Studio website, platform, brand, logo, design, text, graphics, and all other content created by us (excluding Wikipedia article content) are owned by WikiWriter Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use pre-submission drafts for your records. We retain the right to use anonymized or aggregated project data to improve our Services.

7.3 Your Information

You retain ownership of the biographical and factual information you provide to us. By providing it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

8. Monthly Monitoring Service

The Monthly Monitoring service is subject to the following additional terms:

  • Scope: We will monitor your Wikipedia page on a regular basis and alert you to significant changes including vandalism, removal of content, addition of disputed content, and pending deletion nominations.
  • Response actions: Where appropriate, we will take action on your behalf (e.g., reverting vandalism, participating in talk page discussions) consistent with Wikipedia's policies.
  • No guarantee: Monitoring is conducted on a periodic basis and is not a guarantee of real-time detection of all changes. We are not liable for changes that occur between monitoring intervals.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Monthly Monitoring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.
  • Discontinued pages: If your Wikipedia page is deleted, we will notify you and your monitoring subscription will pause pending further action. We will advise on available options, which may include an appeal or a re-creation attempt.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Create a Wikipedia article containing false, misleading, or defamatory information about any person or organization.
  • Harass, defame, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

10. Disclaimers

THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR AGREEMENT.

  • No guarantee of Wikipedia publication. We make no representation or warranty that any article will be published or retained on Wikipedia. Wikipedia's editorial outcomes are entirely outside of our control.
  • "As Is" services. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • No SEO guarantee. While our SEO Knowledge Panel service aims to improve the likelihood of a Google Knowledge Panel appearing for your subject, we do not guarantee any specific SEO outcome. Knowledge Panel generation is determined solely by Google's algorithms and Wikipedia's content, which are outside our control.
  • Third-party services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or practices of any third-party services, including our payment processor, hosting provider, or any other vendor.
  • Information accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WikiWriter Studio, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Services.
  • Wikipedia's rejection, deletion, or modification of any article we create.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information.
  • Any errors or omissions in our Services or any content therein.
  • Any content posted or transmitted by any third party on or through our Services.

Even if WikiWriter Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to WikiWriter Studio in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WikiWriter Studio and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (d) any false or inaccurate information you provide to us; or (e) any claim that content you requested us to include in a Wikipedia article caused damage to a third party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe that continuing to provide Services to you would harm WikiWriter Studio, our clients, or any third party.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use our Services immediately ceases.
  • We may (but are not obligated to) delete your account and all associated data, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us here. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

14.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and WikiWriter Studio each agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration.

14.3 Binding Arbitration

Except for disputes relating to intellectual property rights or those where either party seeks emergency injunctive relief, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place on a confidential basis in Delaware (or remotely if agreed). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You and WikiWriter Studio each agree that all claims must be brought in each party's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Neither you nor we may participate in class arbitration or any other consolidated or class proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and WikiWriter Studio with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by WikiWriter Studio.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force Majeure. WikiWriter Studio shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
  • Notices. All notices from you to us must be submitted through our contact page. We may provide notices to you by email at the address associated with your account or by posting a notice on our website.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only. In the event of a conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version controls.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
  • Notify you by email (at the address associated with your account) if the changes materially affect your rights.

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services and may terminate your account as described in Section 13.
